There is nothing like meeting people ;who share the same passion .
Motorcycles really do get under the skin ;and what great conversations are held over some point in question.

Goldie DBD34 500cc
Mention the name and Cafe racer jumps to mind.
Born out off the TT .It was a machine that made many racers, house hold names .
With it's high first gear ;it took time to go ;then wam bam ,you where rocketing along , hanging on for dear life .But what a machine loved by many ;and copied by many more .Speaks for it's self.
Here are two very fine examples

BSA Rocket 3
BSA and Triumph's Flagship's only to overtaken by Honda's CB750 4

Love them or hate them .
Those stingray silencers ,don't half catch the imagination.
And this is a lovely well turned out Bike

BSA B31 Plunger
Economic ,rugged, long lasting .Situp and beg machine .A workman's Rolls Royce. It would run for ever .With a good turn of speed and could be made to go faster still with a bit of tuning .Many broken up to make Goldie look alikes . I remember mine with fond memories .Ha happy day's.
